Job Overview
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us grow our business activities. You will be the main point of contact between our company and our potential clients. Your main goal will be to discover new sales opportunities, pitch our products or services, and close deals to meet revenue targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate Leads: Find new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Meet Clients: Set up meetings with potential customers to learn about their needs and concerns.
  • Deliver Pitches: Prepare and give clear presentations or product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Close Deals: Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to finalize sales agreements.
  • Build Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Manage CRM: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales data in our CRM system.
  • Track Targets: Meet or exceed the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by the company.
  • Market Research: Monitor market trends and keep an eye on competitor products and pricing.
  • Who has knowledge on both real estate and proptech


Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.


  • Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or a similar customer-facing role.


  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.


  • Negotiation: Strong persuasion, objection handling, and deal-closing capabilities.


  • Tech Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM tools.


  • Traits: Self-motivated, highly resilient, and driven by targets.
