Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct telephonic discussions and qualify prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate project site visits.
- Accompany clients for site visits and project presentations.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain relationships.
- Negotiate and assist customers throughout the booking process.
- Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets.
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, inventory, and market trends.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with CRM systems and follow processes.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Automobile, Hospitality, or Direct Sales.
- Familiarity with Bengaluru real estate market is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Hindi. Additional regional languages are a plus.
