Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits with prospective customers and provide detailed project presentations.
- Clearly explain project features, approvals, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Handle enquiries generated through various marketing channels and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to booking.
- Attend property exhibitions, promotional events, and other sales activities as required.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 13 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Ability to explain projects confidently and address customer queries effectively.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to travel and conduct site visits.
