Job Description

  • Actively sell residential and commercial sites and plots to potential buyers.
  • Conduct site visits with clients, showcasing properties and highlighting features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions and client needs to refine offerings.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
Experience: 1-2 years in relevant field.
Qualification: Any diploma / bachelors / masters / relevant academic background.
