SALES EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewelry. providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
The role involves product presentation, maintaining store standards, and building strong relationships with customers to ensure a premium shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewelry products.
Demonstrate and explain features, quality, and value of gold, diamond, and precious stone jewelry.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain proper display and cleanliness of jewelry counters.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing as per store procedures.
Customer Engagement
Greet customers warmly and approach them proactively
Start conversations to understand customer needs
Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly
Maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times
. Product Promotion
Highlight unique selling points (USPs)
Distribute samples, brochures, or promotional materials
Encourage customers to try or experience the product
Sales Support
Assist in converting interest into actual purchases
Guide customers to the purchase point (billing counter, website, etc.)
Upsell or cross-sell related products when appropriate
Help meet daily or event-based sales targets
. Brand Representation
Maintain a polished appearance aligned with brand image
Communicate brand values and messaging consistently
Ensure the display area is clean, organized, and attractive
