Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our products including elevator glass doors, aluminum windows, and related architectural solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
Role & responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Meet architects, builders, contractors, and project consultants for business development
- Present product solutions and explain technical specifications to clients
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, production, and installation
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
- Maintain sales reports and update CRM regularly
Participate in site visits, client meetings, and exhibitions
Preferred candidate profile
- 0-4years of sales experience (preferably in building materials / construction / aluminum / glass industry)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel for site visits and client meetings
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
