Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
- Develop sales strategy
- Manage large accounts
- Build relationships with EPC contractors, builders, infrastructure companies
- Negotiate commercial agreements
- Review pipeline and forecasts
- Approve pricing strategy
- Mentor sales team
- Coordinate with operations and finance
Preferred candidate profile :
- Engineering degree (Civil preferred)
- MBA is a plus
- 712 years B2B industrial/construction sales experience
- Experience selling to infrastructure, construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or industrial clients
CRM Expertise
Must be able to:
- Forecast revenue
- Build sales dashboards
- Monitor conversion ratios
- Track opportunity stages
- Review team activity metrics
