Job Description


Role & responsibilities :

  • Develop sales strategy
  • Manage large accounts
  • Build relationships with EPC contractors, builders, infrastructure companies
  • Negotiate commercial agreements
  • Review pipeline and forecasts
  • Approve pricing strategy
  • Mentor sales team
  • Coordinate with operations and finance

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Engineering degree (Civil preferred)
  • MBA is a plus
  • 712 years B2B industrial/construction sales experience
  • Experience selling to infrastructure, construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or industrial clients

CRM Expertise

Must be able to:

  • Forecast revenue
  • Build sales dashboards
  • Monitor conversion ratios
  • Track opportunity stages
  • Review team activity metrics

KPIs

  • Revenue achievement
  • Gross margin
  • Key account growth
  • Forecast accuracy
  • Team productivity
