Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events; research market gaps
  • Client Engagement: Conduct meetings (virtual/in-person), present service demonstrations, understand needs, and build strong client relationships
  • Sales & Negotiation: Pitch services, negotiate contracts and pricing, and close deals to meet targets
  • Client Management: Provide ongoing support, address inquiries/complaints, and ensure high satisfaction for repeat business
  • Reporting & Strategy: Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and work with marketing/ops teams on strategies
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
