Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of financial products such as mutual funds, equity, bonds, trading accounts, demat accounts, insurance policies, portfolio management services (PMS), life insurance policies etc. .
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to KYC documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).
  • 3-8 years of experience in B2C Sales or Retail Sales in Financial Services sector.
  • Strong skills in Business Development, Field Sales, Tele/Inside Sales; knowledge of Mutual Funds & Insurance preferred.
