Hiring: Relationship Manager Motor Insurance (Agency Channel)
Experience: 1-3 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
CTC: 3 LPA - 3.75 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit & manage POSP/Agency partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain agent relationships
- Handle customer queries & policy servicing
- Conduct agent onboarding & training
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Expand local agent network
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in Motor/General Insurance (Agency Channel)
- Strong communication & sales skills
- Local travel required
- English & local language preferred
