Role & responsibilities
Sourcing Customers:
• Responsible for sourcing target customers in the branch catchment area.
• Cold calling, generation of leads, attending to prospects and logging in the file with necessary documents like KYC etc
• Market penetration through direct marketing activities
Disbursement:
• Coordinating with Risk Team for PD, facilitating additional documents/information if any.
• Ability to present and discuss the case with sanction authority
• Necessary inputs to the appraisal as and when required
• Documentation, coordinating with customers
• Ensuring post disbursement compliance as per stipulated time.
Collection:
• Ensuring timely repayment from the customers
• Ensuring portfolio quality by following up with delinquent customers
