Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Retention
- Identify and onboard new brands/companies for advertising within societies.
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Understand client briefs and campaign objectives.
- Plan society-level activations aligned with brand goals.
- Ensure campaigns are executed as committed.
- Monitor activity performance and ensure client expectations are met.
- 3. On-Ground Branding Execution
Gate Banner Deployment
- Ensure timely deployment of gate banners.
- Coordinate with vendors or manage in-house installation if required.
Door-to-Door Sampling
- Execute D2D sampling activities.
- Coordinate with vendors/promoters.
- Take end-to-end ownership if external support is unavailable.
Complete Activity Oversight
- Supervise all branding elements (banners, floor mats, standees, etc.).
- Ensure flawless execution without gaps.
4. Permission Management
- Secure required permissions from society management.
- Obtain written confirmation (WhatsApp/email) from the Point of Contact (PoC).
- Prevent last-minute operational challenges.
5. Market Development & Site Visits
- On non-activity days, visit 56 unique societies.
- Build relationships with society committees and management.
- Identify new monetization opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Should have 6 months to 1 year of Experience in Field Sales.
- Should be proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory, knowing regional language is a plus.
