- Customer Satisfaction Retention:
- Delivers outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive shopping experience.
- Builds and nurtures strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Handles customer inquiries and resolves any complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales Strategies:
- Implements and follows store sales strategies to achieve both personal and team targets.
- Monitors and analyzes sales performance, suggesting improvements to current sales techniques.
- Collaborates with team members to execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all products and services offered by the store.
- Provides accurate information and expert advice to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Keeps an eye on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge.
- Customer Insights:
- Gathers feedback and insights from customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provides input to management regarding customer preferences, product demand, and sales trends to refine sales strategies.
- Fresher or 6+ months of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in retail.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
