Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist customers in selecting tiles, providing product knowledge, and offering solutions for their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring all displays are visually appealing.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of retail sales experience in the building material industry (tiles).
• Strong understanding of tile products, including materials, sizes, colors, and applications.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
