Job Summary:

Kalamandir Ltd. is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive for our retail store. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the store
• Handle billing and POS operations efficiently
• Stay updated on product knowledge, schemes, and promotions
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
• Assist in stock management and inventory control

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
• 03 years of experience in retail sales (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
