Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telecalling to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
  • Follow up with existing and new enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field (Preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, or Business Development.
  • Mandatory: Strong understanding of plotting sales, land measurements (Gaz, Sq. Ft.), plot mapping, and real estate sales processes.
  • Experience in apartment/flat sales will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with prior experience in Insurance Sales, Banking Sales, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or BFSI Sales will also be preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Target-oriented with a professional and disciplined approach
