Job Description

Go GST Bill is an Ahmedabad-based fintech startup developing cloud billing app for small and medium businesses across India. We are passionate about building products that make business management effortless. We're expanding rapidly and are looking for motivated individuals who want to be part of our growth journey.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and online channels.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct product demos and onboard new customers with account setup and initial training.
  • Follow up with customers to drive product adoption, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM is an advantage).
  • Experience in B2B sales, IT sales, or software sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Presentation and product demonstration skills.
  • Customer onboarding and account management.
  • Time management and ability to handle high-volume customer interactions.
  • Problem-solving and customer success mindset.
