Roles Responsibilities

  • Manage daily customer inquiries and lead generation activities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding client requirements and offering suitable products.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, explaining features and benefits while addressing customer queries.
  • Negotiate and close sales under senior supervision, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and quotation to order closure and post-sales follow-up.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory and order dispatch.
  • Visit customer offices or factories for sales meetings whenever required.

Requirements

Education Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is an advantage. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of Hindi is required; Gujarati is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of Tally.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for customer visits when required.
