Job Description

1-To sell Suzuki Vehicles as well as opetational accessories, Finacial Services, Insurance. He represents the Brand, provide Excelent Customer services adn is the key contact between the customer and the Company

2-Offer the guidence to oher products and services when requested

3-Ask the correct questions and observe customer to understand the Customer needs

4Based on Demand/needs analysis, recomned suitable products

5Presentation of Offers Schemes6If the Sales Person has no solution, Communicate with Immediate Manager(Team Leader/ Sales Manager)Closuer of Sales

1Prepare all necessary documents related to sale of vehicles2Explain sales tearms Condition record Details propely and review with Customer.

Delivery of New Vehicles1Preperation of vehicle Delivery Documentation

2Inspect vehicle and confirm Delivey time with Customer

'3Inform about our Workshop for the Service

4Follow-up after Sales build Customer Relationship - Exploreferral Sales

5Collect customer feedback on the overall sales Experience and record itBuild and Expand Customer Database

1Actively participate in Sales and marketing Activities

2Active Prospecting of new Customers thorugh Cold calls and Referrals

3Use DMS to keep track of Praspects.

4Keep Track record of Walkin, telephone Enquiry of Customers and Prospect
