About the Team

The Ninjamandi team is a large and diverse team which is trying to solve the problems in the Agri ecosystem with a Platform approach. This growth engine will fuel the next phase of Ninjacarts journey in cementing its place in the industry as an innovation and execution leader. This is a team which is a mix of Business, Execution, Category, Product, Analytics and brings a mix of speed and innovation to solve tough problem statements.


Responsibilities

Manage and develop a network of 50100 vendors across assigned markets, acting as the primary point of contact and driving engagement on the platform.

Conduct market research, identify trade opportunities, assess vendor potential, and onboard new vendors to expand business coverage

Achieve transaction, revenue, and collection targets through regular vendor interactions, relationship management, and account growth initiatives.

Coordinate with supply and category teams to ensure availability of the right products, effective supply planning, and successful execution of promotions and product launches.

Monitor delivery quality, resolve disputes and vendor claims, and ensure smooth business operations in line with company processes and standards.

Explore new markets, implement business growth strategies, and support expansion plans to drive sustainable growth in the assigned geography.
