Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through direct sales, cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals.
Client Acquisition
Conduct pitches, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the company's value proposition.
Pipeline Management
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and final deal closure.
Target Achievement
Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Facilitate smooth onboarding and provide exceptional customer service to drive retention and up-sell opportunities.
Market Analysis
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration
Work closely and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Reporting & MIS
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelors degree is required.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales & Business Development (Direct Sales, Field Sales, or Inside Sales).
Language Proficiency
Fluency in English, Odiya, and Hindi (written and verbal).
Technical Skills
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
