Job Description


  • Identify and develop new sales leads for high-end microscopy and imaging products.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by building a robust customer pipeline.
  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations and technical discussions with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, distributors, and internal teams for sales and support activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Participate in industry events such as seminars, exhibitions, training sessions, and product launches.
  • Stay updated on market trends, tenders, and institutional procurement opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle including quotations, negotiations, order closing, and payment collection.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet customers and drive business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle technically advanced equipment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
Experience Qualification:
  • MSc. Biotechnology/Bioscience, Physics.
  • B.Tech Electronics Telecommunication with 2-6 yrs relevant experience.
