Job Description
Your primary role is to generate sales for your company by actively seeking out new clients, building and maintaining relationships with them, and recommending solutions that best meet their needs. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, presenting and demonstrating products or services, negotiating and closing deals, and providing post-sales support. Your commitment will ensure revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, lead generation campaigns, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects. Understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Product Presentation and Demonstration: Clearly articulate product features and benefits, and conduct compelling product demonstrations.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company guidelines.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report on sales performance regularly.
- After-Sales Support: Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred. Good knowledge in critical care is highly preferred.
