Job Description
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Property Sales: Actively engage in the sale of residential and commercial properties, including apartments, plots, villas, and penthouses, within the assigned territory.
Client Engagement: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, such as networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
Site Visits: Organize and personally conduct property site visits for prospective buyers, providing detailed information and addressing any queries.
Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, including current offerings, pricing, and competitive landscape.
Project Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of all residential and commercial projects, including features, amenities, and unique selling points, to effectively communicate with clients.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve successful sales transactions.
As a sale Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and work to increase sales for the company. Your goal is to help grow the business by finding and developing new leads hrough calling, managing negotiations, and closing deals
