Job Description
- To work closely with Sales, Buyers to ensure smooth delivery to meet customers requirements.
- Compilation and filing of shipping documents for audit compliance.
- Ensure accurate shipping records are in line with document-keeping standards.
- Preparing Shipping instructions, and shipping documentation (inclusive of invoices, Certificates of Origin, etc) for outbound shipments to customers.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports to present shipping activities for import/export as well as cost savings.
