Roles and Responsibility Requirements:

Graduate (preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admin/purchase/stores/canteen operations
Hands-on experience with ERP systems for indenting and purchase orders
Experience in manpower handling and basic administration
Good coordination, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently in a structured and responsible manner

Candidates with relevant experience in purchase, stores, canteen operations, and administration. Applications from candidates with a similar background will be given preference.

Position Requirements

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to provide support to the Sales & Marketing department of SOEX Flora Limited (Fazlani Group of Companies)

Key Responsibilities:

Procure materials and essential supplies required for daily operations.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing
Maintain stock records, inventory levels, and proper storage of materials
Create indents and generate purchase orders through ERP system
Maintain purchase records, bills, and documentation in ERP
Oversee day-to-day canteen operations, hygiene, and food quality
Monitor consumption patterns and control wastage
Handle general administrative activities and facility coordination
Manage and supervise canteen staff and support manpower
Ensure proper duty allocation, attendance, and discipline of staff
