Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Expert to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and achieving growth by effectively marketing our luxury real estate properties to potential buyers. This position offers significant earning potential through high incentives on each sale.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to market and sell luxury real estate properties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing, and opportunities within the luxury real estate market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the buying process.
  • Collaborate with marketing, support, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on earning high incentives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of at least 1+yrs in sales, preferably in real estate or luxury goods.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and the needs of high-net-worth individuals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism and a strong ethical stance.
