Job Overview
Manvi International Courier is seeking a dynamic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Executive (Inside Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calling, nurturing leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into successful shipment bookings.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated through website inquiries, social media campaigns, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales and communication skills.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and close sales confidently.
- Explain shipping services, pricing, documentation, customs requirements, and delivery processes.
- Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
1–3 Years of Experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
Experience in Logistics, Courier Services, E-commerce, or Service Industry will be preferred.
