Job Description
We are looking for a smart, aggressive, and result-oriented Sales Executive who can generate qualified leads, build strong client relationships, and convert opportunities into projects for Techmapperz. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in pitching IT and GIS/Drone services, and the ability to consistently drive monthly business growth through outbound and inbound sales activities. The candidate should be highly focused on monthly target achievement, proposal conversion, and revenue generation.
Roles Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for Techmapperz services
  • Sell services such as website development, software development, mobile app development, CRM/ERP solutions, GIS services, drone services, and IT consulting
  • Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp, networking, references, and other channels
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for solution discussions
  • Prepare and present company profile, service pitch, proposals, and commercial offers
  • Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to move opportunities toward closure
  • Maintain a healthy monthly sales pipeline with qualified leads, meetings, proposals, and closures
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and identify repeat business opportunities
  • Attend client meetings, virtual demos, and sales presentations when required
  • Maintain CRM/sales reports with proper status updates of leads, meetings, proposals, and deals
  • Work closely with management to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Explore partnerships, subcontracting opportunities, and B2B project tie-ups

Strong communication and convincing ability Strong client handling and negotiation skills Confidence in cold calling, lead generation, and follow-up Basic understanding of IT services, software development, website development, GIS, or drone services Ability to prepare sales reports and manage the pipeline systematically Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in follow-ups Strong presentation and proposal coordination skills Ability to work independently and deliver results Experience in IT services sales, software sales, digital services sales, GIS sales, or B2B project sales Experience in closing projects from startups, SMEs, industrial clients, consultants, agencies, or government vendors Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation, email outreach, and tender/subcontract opportunities is an advantage Candidates with existing business networks or lead sources will be preferred
