Designation: Sales Executive TMT Sales
Location: Pakur & Sahibganj, Jharkhand
Job Summary
The Sales Executive – TMT Sales will be responsible for driving sales of TMT bars by developing the dealer/distributor network, generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for TMT bars.
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and retailers in the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and influencers.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor demand, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of the TMT/steel market.
- Ability to develop dealer and distributor networks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems is preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in TMT, steel, cement, or building materials sales.
