Sales Executive

A. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
• Assist in preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
• Support the sales team with research on customer needs and competitor activities.
• Build and sustain strong professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth functioning of the sales department.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing and continuous business from existing clients as well.
• Tracking shipments to deliver the material on time.

B. ATTITUDINAL SKILLS:

• Adequate presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Keen to learn and grasp knowledge.
• Drive and self-motivation.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
• Must maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance.
• Calm and composed personality, with the ability to handle clients of various natures by adapting approach accordingly.

C. TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficient knowledge of MS Office
• Proficient knowledge of statistics.
• Analytical Skills.
• Data Entry & Reporting

D. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree in any field
• Minimum 1-3 years in brass industry.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

E. LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Well-versed in English, Gujarati, Hindi, along with another Indian language.
