Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing leads from IndiaMART, coordinating with the accounts and warehouse teams, and ensuring smooth order processing and dispatch. The candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Manage and respond to leads received from IndiaMART in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for quotations, invoices, payment follow-ups, and order confirmations.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely order processing, packing, and dispatch.
• Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and order details.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily sales and inquiry reports as required.
