Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for Diesel Generator (DG) Sets, AMCs, spare parts, and related services.
  • Identify and develop potential customers in industries, commercial establishments, construction projects, hospitals, educational institutions, and real estate sectors.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Coordinate with the technical and service teams for successful project execution.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Diesel Gensets, power backup solutions, or industrial equipment sales preferred.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
