Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for our Conveyor Belt division. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries such as manufacturing, mining, cement, steel, and logistics
• Promote and sell conveyor belts and related products to potential clients
• Visit client sites for product presentation, requirement understanding, and relationship building
• Prepare and share quotations, follow up with clients, and close deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) for smooth order execution
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field (Technical background preferred)
• 13 years of experience in industrial or B2B sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of industrial products or willingness to learn
• Ability to travel for client visits
