Location: Saket, New Delhi (On-site)
Shift: US Night Shift (8:00 PM 5:00 AM)
Working Days: 5 Days (Sat & Sun Fixed Off)
Job Overview
Hiring for Inbound Process looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and strong sales ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from international customers
- Convert inbound calls into sales
- Achieve sales targets and maintain service quality
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, antivirus, and related IT products
Skills Required
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Good knowledge of computers, shortcut keys, troubleshooting
- Knowledge of printers, antivirus, networking basics, browsers.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Eligibility
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Candidates with prior international sales experience preferred
