We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new clients. The role involves online bidding, email marketing, and generating leads through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
  • Proficient in platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiar with email marketing tools, CRM software, and Google Workspace.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Generate qualified leads through Upwork, email marketing, and online bidding platforms.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple digital channels.
  • Write compelling proposals and bid on relevant projects to win new business.
  • Identify potential clients and engage them through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure successful onboarding and project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in international sales or B2B lead generation is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, online bidding, or sales in IT or digital services.
  • Familiarity with web development, app development, or digital marketing services.
