Job Description
Greetings from Parag Milk Foods,
We are looking for a Sales Executive (experienced in General Trade),
Location - Ahmedabad or Rajkot (Gujarat).
Role & responsibilities
.
1. Territory Sales Development
- Expand the customer base within the assigned geography
- Support the launch of products and promotional campaigns in local GT markets
- Ensure proper coverage of all high-potential zones
2. Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with acquired stores.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer service issues and coordination
- Ensure high satisfaction levels for better retention and repeat orders
3. Order Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate with the supply chain/logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor order frequency and take corrective steps for inactive accounts
4. Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and product placement in the General Trade segment
- Share market feedback with seniors for better go-to-market strategies
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of Store / Outlet details, visits, calls, and conversions
- Submit daily/weekly reports on acquisition status, conversion rate, and sales funnel
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Arts/Commerce/Hotel Management or related (MBA in Marketing / Business Management)
- Experience: Minimum 2-6 years of experience in HORECA/Institution management, preferably in the dairy or FMCG industry.
