Job Summary:
Numato Lab is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Fresher) to join its sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in technology and electronics. This role offers an opportunity to build a career in B2B sales by working with customers worldwide and supporting the sales process from lead generation to customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through online research and lead generation activities.
- Communicate with prospective customers via email, phone, and online meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Numato Lab products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on the company's products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn about embedded systems, electronics, and technology products.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools is an advantage.
