Job Summary:
Numato Lab is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Fresher) to join its sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in technology and electronics. This role offers an opportunity to build a career in B2B sales by working with customers worldwide and supporting the sales process from lead generation to customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through online research and lead generation activities.
  • Communicate with prospective customers via email, phone, and online meetings.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Numato Lab products and solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales inquiries.
  • Maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on the company's products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service.
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn about embedded systems, electronics, and technology products.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Interest in international B2B sales.

Salary: 5 LPA (3LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Variable)
