The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for automobile sales, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets while building long-term customer relationships.Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Toyota models
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Explain pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange offers
• Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and digital platforms
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers through CRM
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams
• Participate in promotional events and showroom campaigns
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree
• Freshers can apply
• Experience in automobile sales is an added advantage
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
• Valid 4-wheeler driving license preferred

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: 20,000 TO 30,000 per month
• Monthly Incentives up to 50,000+ based on performance
