Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Generate and promote FIT business for all Sinclairs Hotels properties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, travel consultants, and OTA partners.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings to increase market penetration.
- Respond promptly to enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on bookings.
- Coordinate with reservations and hotel operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Monitor room inventory, market trends, and competitor pricing strategies.
- Participate in travel trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities in the CRM system.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and market intelligence updates.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in hotel sales, travel sales, reservations, or business development, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with FIT sales channels, travel trade partners, and online travel platforms.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel for sales visits and business development activities.
