Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage field sales activities for VR Arcade Games and Equipment. The role involves client acquisition, business development, direct meetings with prospects, product presentations, venue visits, and relationship management.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting clients across different locations, identifying business opportunities, conducting presentations and demos, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful closures and smooth deployment support.
This role requires regular travel and field work to connect with venue owners, operators, and business partners.
Language Requirement
Mandatory communication skills in:
- Hindi
- Tamil
- Malayalam
- English
Strong regional language communication is important for handling clients across different Indian markets and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for VR Arcade Games and Equipment solutions.
- Visit clients, entertainment venues, malls, and gaming centers for business meetings and presentations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain business value to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venue owners, operators, and channel partners.
- Identify potential customers through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, negotiations, and deployment discussions.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales cycle until closure.
- Attend exhibitions, events, and business networking activities when required.
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and client records regularly.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights to support business growth strategies.

Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel sales.
- Strong preference for candidates from: Amusement / FEC / Arcade / Attractions industry
- Experiential Marketing / Activations
- Entertainment hardware or simulator sales
- VR / Gaming / Tech product sales
- Commercial equipment sales for public venues
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with outbound sales and lead generation.
- Able to explain product value in business terms rather than just technical features.
- Willing to travel for client meetings, demos, and partner development.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
Compensation
- Fixed salary + strong sales incentive/commission structure

Preferred Experience
