Role Description
This on-site, full-time role is based in Pune. As a Sales Senior Executive at Propmart Technologies Ltd., you will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating leads, conducting property viewings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include business development, attending client meetings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property listings. Collaboration with various teams to meet sales targets and contribute to the firm's growth is expected.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales and business development
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Proficiency in market research and property evaluation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local real estate market in Pune
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field are advantageous
Requirements
1+ Year of Experience in Real estate Channel Partner Firm.
Graduated
Vehicle is mandatory
