The Sales Executive will manage territory-level sales for diagnostics analyzers and reagents through direct customer coverage, distributor engagement and account development focusing on lead generation, demonstrations, order conversion and sustained reagent pull-through from installed accounts. Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and collection targets for the assigned territory.
• Generate leads and convert opportunities in pathology labs, hospitals, diagnostic centres and nursing homes.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, evaluations and installations with technical / application teams.
• Build relationships with users, procurement teams and channel partners; drive secondary sales.
• Maintain daily call reports (DCR), CRM data, opportunity pipeline and competitor intelligence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm / BBA or equivalent (Life Sciences / Microbiology preferred); MBA an advantage.
• Experience: 1 5 years of diagnostics field sales; entry-level candidates with strong communication considered for junior roles.
