Sales Executive - Cutlery and Tableware

1. Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, visits, and networking.
2. Understand customer requirements and present suitable products or services.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Maintain sales records and report progress to the Sales Manager.
7. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
8. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
9. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of client
satisfaction.
