Job Description

What Youll Do
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients for Bulk SMS, WhatsApp API, RCS and SMPP services
  • Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation to closure to onboarding
  • Build and maintain client relationships for renewals and upsells
  • Conduct product demos via WhatsApp, calls and video meetings
  • Work with the tech team to ensure smooth client onboarding and issue resolution
  • Maintain CRM with accurate pipeline, deal stages and follow-up records
What Were Looking For
  • 1 3 years of B2B sales experience telecom, SaaS or tech preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi a plus)
  • Comfortable explaining technical products in simple terms to non-technical buyers
  • Self-motivated you hunt for leads, follow up consistently and close deals
  • Understanding of bulk SMS, WhatsApp API or messaging industry is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and basic reporting
