Job Description

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and existing customer databases.
  • Contact prospective customers to understand their property needs and investment preferences.
  • Schedule and conduct property/site visits, providing end-to-end client assistance.
  • Present project features, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers to prospective buyers.
  • Follow up regularly with leads to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into successful sales.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms while guiding clients through the booking and closing process.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales updates, and lead status in CRM systems and Excel.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers to drive referrals and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation, booking, and post-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies to identify business opportunities and strengthen sales efforts
