Sales Executive (Car Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide product information.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance, and Insurance teams.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure prompt closure.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/DMS systems.
• Conduct post-delivery follow-ups and collect customer feedback.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets.
• Generate repeat business and customer referrals.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
13 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or automobile industry preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/DMS systems.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
