Role & responsibilities:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive top-line revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who excels at building long-term business relationships and closing deals.
- Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
- Needs Assessment & Pitching: Assess client requirements and deliver customized presentations or product demonstrations.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing and contract terms to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Update and maintain accurate sales activity records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to refine sales strategies.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts and resolve customer issues.
Preferred candidate profile:
We are looking for Sales Executive with Business loan experience.
