Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Frequently engage with dealers and sub-dealers to secure orders.
- Effectively communicate and explain sales policies and schemes to dealers and distributors.
- Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and weekly tour plans to the respective Area Sales Manager/Branch Manager.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors.
- Monitor and understand product stock availability at branches or warehouses.
- Present updates on sales collections during weekly meetings or Monthly Review Meetings (MRM) to the Branch Manager (BM) or Regional Manager (RM).
- Ensure timely delivery by maintaining product availability at dealer locations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to collect payment dues from dealers and distributors.
Qualifications Experience :
- A graduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Building Materials, Construction, Hardware, and Sanitaryware.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the assigned geographical area.
- Experience in managing dealer networks, key accounts, and customer relations.
Passionate sales strategist needed to spearhead growth initiatives and develop strong client rapport.
