Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Executive to expand our business across India. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the solar industry, experience in B2B/B2C sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively for business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B business opportunities across India.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain customer records and sales reports in CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

• MBA or Any Graduate qualification.
• 2 to 5 years of B2B/B2C sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Solar Industry and EPC projects.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel frequently across India.
